I've felt mentally exhausted this week. Not sure why, I've come on, I've done a lot. My sons been home since Tuesday and been up with him a lot in the night. I just feel really tired mentally. But having said that - I've got a lot done. Work wise and been really good food wise. Super happy with my .6 kilo weight loss. Super pleased with that.

Definitely feel lighter. Looking at my pics from feb I can see a big difference. The fact I didn't put on weight after being out all weekend is amazing and I'm so proud of myself.

Health

Just exhaustion. Not surprised from being up all hours this week as poor Zacky has had the shivers from his temperature. He was sick one night vomiting all over my bed. Little angel so I've not really had a full nights sleep all week but I'm feeling good physically.

Mentally I have felt well. There were 2 days I have felt so exhausted like eyes stinging tiredness - I always get like that the week before my period but overall I have been really calm and happy and felt good.

My body feels good. I feel like I look better, my face looks less swollen, my body feels a bit firmer. I did 3 workouts - I've had a few busy days and had to go to Sharjah one day. But I'm glad I've made it back to the gym and did some weights and a run

I'm feeling so much better mentally. Feeling good, happy, motivated. Feeling much calmer, more connected, 100 percent related to the fact that my body feel stronger. Makes a HUGE difference. I'm able to focus more, and feel a lot stronger mentally.

I'm really noticing that I'm losing weight. My husband is noticing it too. Things a feeling a little looser. I'm also feeling a lot stronger physically. I've managed to do 4 workout which I am really happy with.

Health

Honestly I can tell you the difference that I am feeling. My acupuncturist is giving me so many herbs to help bring back my inner power and now is giving me some things to drink to speed up my metabolism which is great.

I am about to come on any day so I have had really bad PMS and I am honestly feel like I am slowly bringing myself back to not just health but bringing my mind back to feeling strong and motivated again. We are going to rak tomorrow, all inclusive and I am really going to mentally prepare for having the best time and come back feeling healthy and light and strong. I'm just so happy that I can drive and hold me head up to be honest. Im seeing my acupuncturist today so going to get her to work on my pms and inner power more. Overall though I am in a much better place and feel so much better thank god x

I haven't worked out at all this week but I have played football with the kids for 2 days and done 8k steps for 3 days. There are some excercise classes at the hotel so I will attempt one or go to the gym whilst the family is a asleep. Will see how my body is when im there. Am also going to go back to the ent doctor to get my ear checked and my nose checked to make sure the infection has completely gone.

Definitely getting stronger. My ears are still blocked. I did try to do a work out a few days ago and my body was having none of it so going to listen to my body. I defiantly to do feel that there is a difference in my body and that I am losing weight. Looking at the pictures I do see a difference from 6 weeks ago.

This week has been tough, I've been so sad and mentally weak and down. I've cried a lot. I've felt so helpless and down and have felt so sorry for myself. I've been frustrated and felt all the things. I am also due in a few days that does not help. I hate being I'll but this illness has been so severe. It's so mental because it's in my head - literally. I have had to just lean in and accept it and do as much as I can. Self doubt has been high this week mentally I've not been well enough to pull myself out of it. Rather then fight it, all I've been able to do is just let myself feel all the feels and do nothing else and that has helped.

I've stayed the same weight which is a mirclae as I have not worked out, I've hardly moved. I've even stopped driving because I'm too dizzy to drive. My body is weak. I can hardly life my head. The doctor said it is one of the worst infections she's seen in a long time and steroids are wiping my body out.

Health

Well not great at all. My acupuncturist said that the circulation is so low is not a surprise I can't really move. She said my power in super low so she's put me on cupping for 3 days ina row to get the circulation going and given me herbs and blood circulation tablets.

I have not been able to weigh any food this week as I've been with family non stop. I've been driving everyone around and baby sitting as well as doing my client calls. It's been magical and hectic. I'm actually surprised I've not put any weight on but I've been very cautious of what what eat and not eaten any sugar or carbs

I have not been very well. I got a cold on Sunday and it's been lingering till now. I have been feeling really dizzy and not myself with the worst headache. I'm booked in to go and see and ENT specialtist this morning as I've been so faint and dizzy and last 3 nights I've been woken up from the most intense headaches that feels like my nose is popping and then my head is contracting. I'm hoping the ent doctor is going to sort this once and for all as it's been going on for the last 2 months but it's really climaxed this week

Mentally I have been feeling good. I have not managed to weigh or track any food this week as it had been crazy busy with my family driving them around dubai and eating out or eating at my mums. This week I have already prepared my steamed veg and protien and I am determined to get more workouts in this week when I am not fasting or at least go for a walk in the evenings to get some steps in.
